WELCOME TO TIERRA DEL SOL #1! We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we enjoy beautiful Moab, Utah. We have done everything possible to create a clean, comfortable, spacious, inviting, and functional environment.

BEDROOMS - The Master bedroom has a King size bed

... and overhead lights for bedtime reading. You will enjoy a TV for evening or early morning viewing as you relax in bed. There is a large walk-in closet and a private bath. The other two bedrooms each feature queen-size beds; the bath is just steps away from these bedrooms. An extra half bath is conveniently situated at the end of the hall. Each bedroom has a private door that opens to a patio and a spacious private backyard.

TWO ROLL-AWAY TWIN BEDS! Our bedrooms will accommodate up to 6 people, but if you have a few extra people who need a bed...you will find our two twin roll-away beds. Be advised that the mattresses are on the thin side (more suitable for children than adults)

KITCHEN and DINING - The large and convenient kitchen offers everything you need to make a snack or cook a full meal complete with baking. Between the kitchen and dining area is a breakfast bar. This is an ideal place to drink coffee and chat. The dining room features a custom-made 36' high tile-topped table with 6 chairs. There is plenty of room for you and your family or guests to spread out and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

LIVING ROOM - As you step through the front door, you are greeted by a large and warm living room complete with a Lazy Boy sofa and a love seat, two leather ottomans, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. Adjacent to the Living Room is a small and comfy area for reading or relaxation. You will find two Lazy Boy recliners and a reading lamp. Next to this area is a custom-made 5' wide desk ready to accept your laptop or to research your next trip around Moab.

TWO-CAR GARAGE and AMENITIES - Enjoy an oversized (24' x 24') locked garage with ample room for desert toys, such as motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Jeeps, and mountain bikes.
Step into the laundry room from the garage. Clean up and wash your dirty clothes in your private laundry. Other amenities include a community pool and hot tub.

PATIOS and BACK YARD - The home features two patios. The first is adjacent to the two queen size bedrooms. The other is adjacent to the Master bedroom and kitchen. This patio is covered and features comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill for BBQ.

TV & INTERNET

PETS/SMOKING - At the request of our guests, we do not permit pets or smoking. Our guests enjoy a clean environment that eliminates odors and allergy problems. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

The condo was clean and well supplied except for the regular coffee maker which was mentioned in the listing. But there was a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. There was a garage available to park in which was really nice. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal through traffic.

Beautiful, well maintained condo!

6 of us friends that were in Moab for 3 nights with a group of 80 total people, shared this beautiful airbnb condo. It was very clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will stay again next year!

This house was perfect for our trip to Moab - Arches and Canyonlands. The views from the home were awesome. The house is close enough to the town to be very convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay and would stay again. Sorry we couldn't stay longer!

Loved staying here. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space thoughout the home and the views are stunning in the mornings. We had a trailer with a rzr and found it was super easy to park it without crossing into the neighboring spaces. We come out out to moab twice a year and this has been my favorite stay.

Moab retreat

We had 4 people in our party ranging in age from 80 to 54. I booked the condo for 5 nights. We arrived to a clean, well maintained house that had everything you could ask for. If you impress my mom you have accomplished something. Check in and check out was easy and the host responded to my texts immediately. If we ever make it back out to Moab, this would be my first choice in places to stay.

Fabulous condo for the most part

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and the location was good. A bit far from the center of the city but we knew that. The only issue we had were the beds. One bedroom has a "sleep-number" bed that didnt work and the bed was inflated on one side, deflated in the center and sort of inflated on the other side (3 zones). The remote LCD screen to adjust the bed was unreadable and didnt work. The two twin roll-away beds of "very good quality" were not good quality and not useable for any amount of comfort. This place is more set up for a family or couples with 2 people in each bed and one on each cot to sleep 8 people but thats a stretch. If your a group of buddies going on a motorcycle trip the sleeping situation is not set up for 8. If the sleep number bed and cots were replaced or fixed it would sleep 5 guys max, not 8 unless you want to cozy up to your pal in a queen bed. Theres a big rodeo arena on the next block so if its a weekend it can be quite noisy until around 10-11pm. Otherwise very quite. The pool and hot tub were very nice but quite busy when we were there. The pool was full of people most of the time. (not a complaint, Just an observation) and its located at the other end of the block. Other than the beds the place was great. The garage was perfect for our 4 bikes.

Great location for Moab parks and fun

We had a great stay in Moab. The condo had plenty of room for our group to spread out, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. It was nice to come back at the end of a long day of hiking/exploring and cook some meals and relax as we had been on the road a lot. The slow cooker was a nice surprise. The property was as described and the location was close to everything, but just far enough out of town to be a quiet retreat.

Great place to stay! 10 minutes from downtown Moab. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi hot tub down the street also; available to the guests. It’s a a wonderful Mountain View sitting at the table on the deck!
