It was very quiet. Central location for the events we were attending. Bed was good+. Bathroom was a little small. Had to walk "around" the door to get to toilet. Ok breakfast menu. Food was tasty. Recently remodeled dining and bar area. Pleasant to the eye. Be prepared to go up then down to get to libby if using main entrance does have escalator. .

This was a very conveniently located property, close to public transportation, walkable areas, and always clean. Tabby was fantastic during check-in and check-out! I would stay here again!

Okay for one night

The room was a bit dirty, the roll up shades didn’t work, and the AC was set at 65 but plateaued at a balmy 73. The lobby was exquisitely beautiful but that did not extend to the rooms. The view of the city was actually a view of the roof below, not the city. Overall, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

We were able to check in early, had a great view of the city and enjoyed our stay. With opening the restaurant, it was a little confusing to figure out where to go in, check in, etc at first. Hopefully the signage improves.the restaurant had a soft opening for guests so we had breakfast there. It was great!

The hotel Maddie was intentionally not helpful, ignored calls for help and maliciously provided inaccurate information that works have caused me to pay added fees. I'm addition my room was in a location that did not have an exterior window. The one window was to an dimly lit atrium. It was like being in a dungeon. The best part of the trip was Diana at the front desk. Aside from her Maddie needs to learn to treat all clients the same and provide professional, courteous and non discrimatory care.

Courteous staff, spacious room, great housekeeping in a central location. Male/female locker room areas near the pool are a great touch. July 2025 there was construction in the lobby that definitely took it down a notch in my rating, but outside of that it was great.

Weird entrance. Very confusing. Room was kind of sad and dreary. The chair on wheels in our room should have been retired years ago. Pillows were awful. No view. No amenities in the hotel. Front staff not very friendly. Location was excellent. I won't be staying at any Westin's in the future.

Great location for downtown Minneapolis, everything is walkable. The hotel itself and room were nice, clean, quiet. There was a lack of signage to the hotel lobby from the parking garage, so at first it was difficult to find. Only thing that would’ve improved our stay is a microwave in the room.

Nice and convenient walk to Target Field. Hotel and rooms are beautiful. Elevator system is a little confusing. Definitely would stay here again for a night game at Target Field.
