The stay was horrible. We ordered a room with two beds, but received a king and a pullout couch, instead. The pullout couch was so disgusting that we didn’t even want to touch it. After we did touch it and pull it out, the mattress was absolutely unusable. It had yellow stains and what looked like pubic hair all over it. We complained to the front desk lady, Karen, about it and were told that we can be switched into a different room, also with a pullout couch. We packed everything back up. Mind you, we checked in at 11pm and just wanted to go sleep. Instead we ended up schlepping our butts back downstairs to get the key to a different room. She put us in a different room which was much smaller and had a queen size bed now instead of a king, and a tiny pullout couch that was smaller than the room we had just evacuated. The pullout was just as disgusting and unusable. I could go on but I think you get the picture. Karen was horrible and unpleasant. I never leave reviews but I had to this time because of how unsympathetic Karen was.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, customer service was 5 stars. Shuttle service was excellent, driver was friendly and informative for us first timers to the area. There’s a restaurant within walking distance with great pub food and an excellent beer selection. I would definitely stay here again!
