The hotel was under remodeling which was not disclosed until arrival. Initially, I was put in a room where the air HVAC until was not working. The room was very stuffy. Moved to a different room which was fine. Breakfast room was stark with no television.

property is currently under some renovations, we were in a newly completed double queen as the King rooms were being renovated, the rooms look great, very serene and able to relax. We were in town for an unexpected funeral and the staff was so wonderful. everyone was so friendly, including the construction crew. Thankyou

family trip. Affordable hotel near mall of America

During our stay, they were going through renovations. The lobby was a little tore up, Free breakfast and area was limited, always stocked and decent, and there wasn't any washer or dryers available because of the renovations. We never noticed any construction noise with our stay, and we were on the first floor near the lobby. The staff was great, room was great. The pillows sucked. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10. We just happened to stay while they were renovating, but other than that we would stay again if we were in town.

Our room was by the breakfast bar and it was loud in our room. We could hear chairs moving around. We had to ask for towels and bedding for the pull out sofa. There is not a big trash for a suite. Overall the room served its purpose buy that’s it

All of the staff both when I checked in and in the morning when checking out, and at breakfast were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast itself was mid but Best Westerns always are. It appears they are going through a renovation so hopefully this location only gets better.

Our bathroom sink didn't drain well, only had 2 of 3 lightbulbs in the bathroom that worked. The shower knob was nearly rusted through. Breakfast was completely underwhelming, the scrambled eggs were inedible. I understand that they are in the midst of renovations, but that doesn't excuse the awful breakfast. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

The lobby and breakfast area were clean. Our room was not. Dried dog pee in the bathroom when we asked to have someone clean it we were told there was no one so we did it ourselves. Heat would not shut off, we were told to put the air conditioning on because of this sleeping was no comfortable

Ok the first room was beneath the crew that they said is doing renovations. When I checked in told them I will be sleeping the day. The second room was quite but ants and spiders all over. They kept calling me about the heater that was working great. They woke me up multiple times. I told them to stop. The carpet was shot the furniture had taken a beating. Would not want to see the bugs in the summer Jesus it’s winter in Minnesota. The staff its self are great. The owner does not deserve them. This hole place needs some serious TLC. I will not stay there again
