EXCELLENT ROOMS, VERY CLEAN WITH A LOT OF AMENITIES. ALL THE ROOMS HAVE THE LARGE TOILET SEAT. THERE'S PLENTY OF PARKING EVEN FOR BIG TRUCKS. THE BREAKFAST IS GREAT, SAUSAGES, EGGS, JUICE, BREAD, COFFEE AND MORE. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY 😊

The Blacks

There was a lack of towels in room, no towels available in pool area! Other than that, everything was clean, bed comfortable. Room was clean spacious, everything worked as it should! Complimentary breakfast was a plus!

This is a quiet and charming area. Easy access to places of interest. The Chanhassen dinner theater is only a 5-minute drive.

I stayed 2 nights with my family, the room smelt moldy and was very humid. I asked for extra towels after the kids got out of the pool and he said only if I exchange the 4 from the room. I told him the room only had 3 towels and 5 of us were in the room. He was very rude and would not give me towels because people steal them. The next day they cleaned the room when we were gone for the day and yet again only 3 towels were stocked. We ended having to use our beach towels we brought with us. The breakfast was a sad repeat from the day before. Don’t waste your money here, I would have checked out if I didn’t book through Expedia.

The shower head was black and orange, covered in mold and mildew. The tall mirror was filthy; it made me sick until I washed it. The bed frame was broken or partially disassembled, so I had to shift the steel around until it seemed safe. The desk chair had a peculiar stain. Otherwise, it was a mostly clean and comfortable stay.

There were roaches in the room. There was trash in the hallway.. there were people outside drinking alcohol and being loud. They would not refund our money after we were there only 10 minutes.

I liked the location. I didn’t like how old and out dated it was. Carpet was worn and stained, granite cracked and shower didn’t drain so you were always standing in a foot of water. The beds and pillows were comfortable and TV worked well with lots of channels. One more thing, I’m left handed and the cord on the blow dryer was so short I could barely see myself in the mirror to blow dry my hair. Moving the mirror over a bit for us lefties would be nice.
