Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs.

The service was impeccable. We stayed there when a typhoon went through. The owner while staying up all night monitoring thé facility still checked our train schedule at 5am to ensure that it had not been cancelled and updated us of the delays, ordered our taxi and had breakfast packed to go.

The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. From the scenic location to the warm hospitality, this hotel made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!

Amazing retreat for some piece and quiet. Very close to Phong Nha caves. The food was at their restaurant was ver good. We loved the little piglets on the property.
