--Rec Room--
The rec room has just what you need for entertainment. 2 arcade machines, comfortable couches, an 85" TV with surround sound with streaming/casting capabilities, foosball table, board games and exercise equipment: treadmill, exercise bike and free weights. Full bathroom on this level.

Sofa bed #1:
You will find a queen size pull out sofa with an additional 3" memory foam topper for ultimate comfort on this level. This couch includes charging ports for your devices.

--Main floor--
You'll enter through a foyer into the living room where you'll find comfy seating, a large tv and cozy spaces. Enjoy the perfect chef's kitchen with a 48" dual oven, room for days with all the amenities needed for the perfect group meal! The eat in kitchen includes a dining table that comfortable sits 11-12, with additional seating for 4 in the oversized kitchen island. All common kitchen appliances are there and ready for your trip. There is one main floor bathroom with a shower stall with a waterfall shower head.

Bedroom #1:
This bedroom has a plush and comfortable queen size bed, moderate size closet and a large dresser. It also has a daybed for 1 person. Additional bedding can be found in the closet for the daybed and the pull out sofa. There is a dedicated workspace in this room for your remote worker.

Sofa Bed #2:
In the living room, you will find a queen size sofa bed. A 3" memory foam topper can be located in the 1st floor bedroom closet.

--Upstairs--
Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom has a California King bed with a huge walk in closet. The closet has a dedicated workspace for the remote worker in your group. This room also has an en suite bathroom, with double vanities, and a bathtub shower combo.

Bedroom #2:
This room has a plush King bed with a twin size pull out sofa. You'll find extra bedding in the closet for the sofa.

Bedroom #3:
This is a great bedroom for the little ones in your group. 4 twin trundle beds with a large walk in closet.

Bathroom:
There is a 2nd full bathroom on this level with beautiful finishes and a large bathtub shower combo.

Laundry:
There is a 2nd set of washers and dryers on this floor in the hallway.

--Outside--
Outside you will find a hot tub, bbq and smoker and comfortable furnishings. An outdoor fireplace completes the package, perfect for a night time catch up with your crew!
Guest access
The whole place is yours! Please note that there is a back house on this property. Although they do not have access to any of the outdoor spaces, they may need to access the front gate to get mail. To use the hot tub: There is an (optional) $150 fee to use the hot tub:
• Please message us in advance before using it, so we can confirm it’s ready and note your use.
• Once confirmed, we’ll send you clear startup and shutdown instructions.

IMPORTANT Hot Tub Care Guidelines:
• All guests must rinse off before entering — a quick shower or rinse is required.
• Spray tan, hair products, makeup, sunscreen, and lotions can disrupt the water chemistry, clog filters, and lead to cloudy or unclean water.
• No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
• Do not sit, stand, or place objects on the hot tub cover — it is not designed to support weight and can crack easily.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Always replace and clip down the cover securely after each use and make sure to never remove the chemical strainer as this disrupts the balance of clean water.
