Kudos to Ethan who gave us a warm and memorable welcome at check-in. The Pfister is both an architectural delight and chock-full of great art -- particularly paintings. The hotel does a great job of making the details about both available to interested guests. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The flavored waters in the lobby were a lovely treat. All in all, this was a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. Would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is so beautiful and grand, with a large lobby and bar area. My room was so very clean with amazing bed and bath linens. Concierge and all staff are very guest focused. I am so glad I chose the Pfister for my first visit to Milwaukee. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

I grew up in Milwaukee and was never even in the building before and am sad that I have been missing out on this wonderful landmark! I loved everything, the lobby, the staff, the food (had the best steak of my life at the Mason Street Grill and the french onion soup was fantastic as well), the pool area, Blu...everything! It is such a calm atmosphere and the glass of champagne at check in was a nice touch. It was nice that there was a channel on the TV that explained the history of the hotel. I will definitely make sure this was not a one time visit. I am going to make sure I have nothing else going on when staying here so I can enjoy everything that the Pfister has to offer.
