Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Check-in was at 3 PM. They gave us our room. We went up there. The room was not cleaned yet. Dirty towels, garbage, etc. bathroom door to room would not lock her clothes. The bottom was all rotted black mold around shower and tiles. Bedding consisted of a sheet and a thin blanket pillows were an inch thick. Black mold or other substance on ceiling and walls. TV did not work no signal. I called down to front desk with the room phone one ring front desk answered and hung up tried again and phone was disconnected, but not dial or ring. Tried calling front desk with my cell phone. They would not answer. I reached out to Motel six 800 number and told them they called the motel in Milwaukee, which we were staying the front desk then called my cell phone at 10:38 PM. I told them about TV. They said they’d be right up to fix it 11:15 PM. They knocked on our door at that time. I was not in the mood to watch TV or deal with this. We went outside to get our Uber while waiting 30 minutes we seen one person walk in with three dogs another walk in with one large dog and then a gentleman pulled up in his van. Got out two large totes. We asked him what were in those because we could see through them a little and they were guinea pigs! neighborhood was bad there was a fatal shooting and another police officer injured 7 miles from the Motel six
