They would not let me stay there because my license plates were expired on August 1st and they said my car would be towed. They told me they would refund the card, but I don’t really believe that. Please refund my card due to what had happened.

Property was dirty and filled with people who didnt pay for room, had housekeeping knock on dorr 1130pm trying to clean up, then was awaken after 2am in morning for ID. only to be yelled and threatened to be put out at 2 o'clock morning for being upset for being awoken in room in middle of night. Very unprofessional and no regards for paying customers. They do have few good folks bllike the clenibg guy Daimen and the young lady working 1st shift did attempt to rectify my issues but its was too late

Disgusting

There was black mold everywhere in the bathroom and the bed spread was covered in poop stains. I didn’t touch anything in the room and the smell was so rancid; I literally began vomiting. I had to leave the hotel and lost the money I spent to have a place to sleep that night.

The time at the hotel...we had no service for internet ,we couldn't watch tv switch channels and they wouldn't come in..had to buy a roku and use my hotspot...the bathroom was dirty,the door was broken into where you couldn't close,no towels in the room..kids were running up and down the hallway late at night..everytime I'd use my key to try to open the door to my room it would not work so id have to go downstairs to get the key activate everytime id leave ..my experience was horrible i didnt even stay my whole stay it was not worth my time and my vacation was miserable the whole time there..the customer service was horrible and qhen asked for extra towels i had to bring down the old ones...no housekeeping was available either...it was completely dirty and rundown...never again will i stay there

Filthy hallway floor. TV didn’t work. I asked front desk to fix and they never did. I had to watch tv on my phone. Front desk clerk looked stoned. People roaming parking lot and sitting in their cars creeped me out. Bed was lumpy but sheets and towels were clean. Glad it was cheap.

Bedbugs :(

The condition of the property was very run down. The room was ok, but the bedside wall lights/ outlets were broken and not working, nor was there a bedside table. It was a cheap room and served that purpose, but was also horrified to find bed bug bites developing over the next few days.

Worst place ever! Run

Horrible! Run! Shouldn’t even be offered on this website. I stay at cheap motels all the time and this was the worst ever. Fecal matter on the bathroom door, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and sticky substance on the floor. We couldn’t take our shoes off. We asked to switch rooms and the door was falling off the hinges in the second room. So gross! We left after the first night and stayed somewhere else

The price for the area was pretty good, but the cleanness of room wasn't, bellow the bed there was a lot of dirt and the floor looks like has glue, there was a spider inside the room when we arrived. For other side the staff was very nice people, the majority of positive evaluation is because then.

Get to the room and the bathroom door is kicked in at the bottom (see photo), smells of something/musky/cigarettes etc. it's a non smoking room.They are non refundable if you decide "wow this is rough" let's go somewhere else.Despite the area and staff being nice, this motel was not.the floors were sticky and there were crumbs and leftover chips along the base of the bedAlso, the TV is not the best so i couldn't really watch tv. Pretty much stayed off the whole stayThe bathroom floors have holes and a cracked, the walls are nasty and need cleaned and repainted. The lighting in the room is mediocre at best.Every one star review you read about this place is true. I just wanted to add that the hallways smelt like a cat litter box that hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It was vile. What a scam.
