The staff attitude and level of service at this hotel were extremely disappointing. I have stayed at ME London twice, and this was my first experience at ME Milan, which unfortunately fell far below expectations. The hotel appears designed to extract every possible extra charge from guests in a very unprofessional manner. When we requested an additional bottle of water, we were told we had to order it through the restaurant so it could be charged. We also paid the most expensive Coca-Cola of our lives here — €12 for a small bottle. I have dined at many upscale restaurants worldwide and have never been charged this much for a Coca-Cola. To make matters worse, when the hotel arranged a taxi for our return to the airport, they provided the driver with the wrong airport name. As a result, we nearly missed our flight. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and not at all what one would expect from a hotel of this category. This was my first and last stay at ME Milan, and it will also be the last time I choose to stay at any ME hotel anywhere in the world.

The staff should be instructed to have a more professional attitude, servers speaking loudly to each other and making comments about guests doesn’t create a pleasant ambiance. At the rooftop bar the staff doesn’t communicate between them, I was asked to sign the check at the exit and I had already done that at the table , really annoying.

They made the celebration truly memorable with thoughtful surprises and impeccable hospitality. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. Great hotel, except for the room service food. Service was good too, but I didn’t really like feeling pressured by the in room dining staff to leave a cash tip. Great location from Milano Centrale and not too far from major attractions like the Duomo. Staff was very friendly and the room/property was very clean. Room was spacious, breakfast options were great, and we really enjoyed the view/drinks at the rooftop bar. We loved our stay here. Thank you!

Did not get the feeling of a five star resort. Walked right by the bellman with 2 heavy suitcases with no offer of help. Rooftop bar nice but felt overpriced. STK steakhouse was superb as usual. Seemed to be located off the beaten path and would hesitate to walk there after dark. Room dated and needed some maintenance.
