Very close to the milan central station and friendly and helpful staff, however the soundproofing of the rooms are terrible. We were given the room next to the lifts and service door, and they were moving trolleys in at 4am in the morning. Also the shower had mould and hair in when we arrived.

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Milano Centrale — but the hotel didn’t meet 4-star standards. Reception staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was very small and lacked basic amenities like disposable slippers, iron, complimentary water or a kettle (we had to request one). Only two flat pillows and a thin blanket were provided — again, we had to call for extras. Staff were nice but very slow to respond. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, which gave us back pain. We found a live bug on the blanket and the room stayed dusty throughout our stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean properly — used cups were left unwashed. The corridors also had a strong, unpleasant smell. If location is your priority, it works. But for the price and 4-star rating, we expected much better quality and cleanliness.

Close to train station and a few restaurant. Overall the sheets and towels were poor quality. The room felt very dorm room like and not optimal.

Staff pleasant. Rooms were stylish but dark and cave like. Nowhere to store anything and only 3 coat hangers for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Only one hard pillow each.. had to ask twice for an extra pillow. NO COFFEE OR TEA FACILITIES in the room. For the price paid it should include this. The beds were spacious and comfortable and the room was clean and serviced regularly. The breakfast was ok but we chose to eat elsewhere after the first day as it was very close to lots of restaurants that offer better value for money.

We had a one night stay before departure from Milano Centrale. We could leave the luggage in the storage room. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean with a nice balcony. Central location, close to both railway stations and buses to the Bergamo airport. Nice dining options around. 30 minutes walk to Duomo.

Location was extremely convenient. Trains and metro were 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel was super beautiful and extra clean. Staff was super as well. The room was spacious. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower was out of this world, we rarely experienced so much water pressure in an hotel before. On the negative side though there was so much noise that we barely slept. I don't know what the cleaning staff were doing but it was unbearable, even with very good ear plugs we were deeply bothered by the noise. Also we were assigned a room beside the front desk (room 110) and we heard so much noise from the lobby that I can recommend this hotel but definitely not this room, to avoid at all costs. Also the thermostat was "locked" at 24 degrees, I don't understand why the front desk would "lock" a room thermostat, but I had to ask them what was the issue. The fridge did not work and we lost food. The wifi connection was extremely poor. So all in all I would definitely come back to this hotel next time we're in Milano, but we will avoid any room on the same floor as the lobby and tell the front desk about the extreme levels of unbearable noise from the cleaning staff starting at 6 in the morning which was extremely disrespectful. They must learn to accomplish their tasks in a dramatically more silent way, in the end they are not drilling rocks on a jobsite. Cleaning rooms should not make any noise at all.
