Not a pleasant stay

Disappointing. The shower door did not close properly and resulted in water all over the floor. The trash can in the bathroom tipped over when stopped on lever to open lid. Ended up taking out the basket and not dealing with the lever. When opening the bed there was a small amount of blood on the sheets. As if someone had a cut on their finger while making the bed. Not a pleasant. On a good note the young lady at reception suggested a nice restaurant which we enjoyed.

When I got to hotel I was informed that my already paid reservation had been switched to their partner hotel the Glam Hotel across the street. The room had a King size bed with a couch as a daybed that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was huge and dark. The property was close to train station and metro.

We were in Milan just for a day so we needed to be close to the station, the hotel was very nice and perfectly in front of the subway and just meters from the station. The area was very nice and felt safe.

The room we got was on floor -1, it seemed liked a basement. The feeling walking to the room was like a giant bathroom, hard to explain but it didn’t feel like a normal hotel. The staff and the location was great but the property needs to be hotel like.

Nice property. Very convenient for train and bus rides, as well as walking around Milan. We were pretty warm and stuffy in our rooms, and we were told the AC was broken until the next day (which happened to be the day we were checking out). We've stayed at 2 other hotels in Italy that both had wall charger adapters for use (we are from the US), but they kindly directed me to a nearby convenience store to purchase one, as they did not have any to offer at the hotel. That part kind of sucked, since I needed to charge my phone to travel the next day. It was a decent one night stay besides that.

A very nice hotel close to the train station and metro. Was there for 9 days. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Was very convenient to take bus shuttle to and from Malpensa airport due to proximity to Milano Centrale.

it was a really nice stay

Very professional reception staff, nice breakfast, and strategic location. The area felt save. Room 406 was not the most comfortable, as for other rooms, I have no idea. More toiletries like tissues or body lotion would be essential.
