Cheap hotel

Rooms were smelly and gross. Beds were spring mattresses so my back hurt a lot before a 16 hour flight. We booked a room with 3 beds for us and our 5 year old and they charged us extra at check in since our reservation was for 2 people.

Check in was disorganized, then our room wasn’t ready when we went to the room, then gave us another room but there was an electrical problem then another room where stayed have leaking sink. The bed was soft and old, the carpet was old and questionable if clean or not. Outside our window sounded like bottle or metal crashing type facilities. They used the picture of the gallerias in the ad which is the malls picture.

Airocnditioning was bad specially during summer. They lent us an electric fan instead! Also, the beds are hard and pillows are so thin that they barely have any foam inside. I was not able to sleep well during my stay! TERRIBLE
