Great location, 6 min walk to Milan Centrale train station and did not feel unsafe. Close to the shuttle bus to go to outlet mall. The room was clean and nice. Not sure if it was a smoking room but we opened the windows to air it out while we explored during the day. Would stay again.

Great location, comfy bed, nice bathrooms. Close to train station and buses. Great restaurants just around the corner and awesome gelato just a few blocks away. Cafe Norin was yummy, I wish I could remember the name of the Chinese restaurant and another one as they were both excellent and within 3 blocks. Staff was very helpful.

Nice clean modern new style hotel close to great dining options in walkable locations around the hotel, walkable distance to Milan central train station & short taxi ride to Milan historical sites & major attractions & shopping districts, very adequate gym, very comfortable bed. Travelled into Milan formthe football derby with my 2 grown sons. We booked a suite with breakfast. Topm was really good. Decent size and nocely laid out. Breakfast was very welcoming with something for everyone. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Milano Centrale a 10 minite walk so great location. Would definitely recommend.

This is a higher end Marriott property. It is 700 meters from central station. Service was exceptional. There was no request that was not met. Rooms are average size for Milan but a good use of space. The hotel is close to the M2 line which we used to tour the city. There are several excellent restaurants nearby include one in front of the courtyard (Mangeia) and one 100 meters down the street (Fara). Overall a good choice, good location and a nice hotel.

Some of the finishing construction was poor, but overall a good place. Our room 425 had a constant vibration/noise from equipment within the hotel. Not terrible but had we stayed for more than 1 night, I would have moved rooms.

The hotel is really well maintained. The decorations are really good, the staff is nice, friendly and accommodating. It's a 20 mins walk to Porta Venezia and the shopping area. Rooms are comfortable and a decent size.

Don’t stay here!

The customer service at the front desk is so atrocious that I actually refuse to sleep at this hotel and checked into a different hotel about 1 mile away. I travel nonstop for work and I have never dealt with a Front Desk person so rude in my entire life. Aside from the terrible customer service of the female Front Desk Associate at check in, the lobby reeks of cigarettes. The room was very dark kind of small. I don’t know if the bed was comfortable because I didn’t sleep there.

Nice hotel, unfriendly staff

I hosted an event there and whilst the hotel itself was great, the service was below average and unfriendly. Arrived late on a Sunday and the room service food was dreadful. When I asked for changes to the meeting room the staff member was very angry (despite the fact it was all agreed in the contract). Overall a nice hotel but the staff need a fair bit of customer service training.
