Worst hotel experience we have ever had. I specifically picked this hotel because of the hotel shuttle to/from airport. The day we checked in we returned our rental car and asked to be pick up at the airport to stay the night at the hotel. We waited and waited and waited… I called the hotel every twenty minutes and kept getting the same answer, “they will be there in 15-20 mins”. After an hour the hotel stopped answering this phone.
After an hour and a half they finally answered and said “oh, you never for picked up. I’ll call the shuttle again. They should be there in 15-20 minutes.”
After and hour and 45 minutes of waiting (with 5 kids!) we got picked up. The shuttle driver was horrible! Terrible driver! But also told us he was there an hour ago to noice us up and blamed us for being the problem.
He stood on the curb the entire wait and he NEVER COME by.
When we got back to the hotel, I talked to the front desk to ensure we would not have issues in the morning before our flight. The front desk told us we would not have issues and tonight was such a long wait because the driver go stuck in bad traffic….
The stories did not line up. I was discussed.
