The location is right on the very edge of Roma Norte and a bit too close to the not so nice area. The room was okay, but some things could be improved. The first night I discovered there were no blanket in the room at all and had to call at 2:30 am cause it was cold in the 40 deg Fahrenheit. The heater does not activate in the hotel. The floors have no carpeting and the tiled floor can be cold. They do not provide water bottles every day which they are supposed to. The room lacks basic amenities like a hair dryer, iron or coffee maker. The bathroom supplies such as shampoo and soap are inconsistent. The terrace on the sixth floor is advertised, but my friend and I had to wait an hour for them to turn on the light fixtures. The restaurant downstairs has mediocre food but the price is higher than normal in the area.
On the positive side, the staff are nice and helpful. They allowed early check in and late check out which was super helpful. I was also happy to see a safe in the closet.
