the moment I stepped into the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, I knew I was in for something special. The service was impeccable, with staff members who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The warmth and attentiveness of the team made me feel truly valued, and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming environment. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, with stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design was evident in every corner. The Staffs were incredibly friendly, caring. The room is well maintained, housekept The Dining' staff especially Mr. Tegar and Ms. Rachel were so attentive, hospitable. We are so thankful. We feel home indeed.

Stayed here for six days after a month of backpacking Java. Relaxing here was truly a vacation within a vacation. Clean and spacious rooms, amazing breakfast buffet and restaurant and fantastic location to explore the city. But the best part was the staff. Every single employee was kind and extremely helpful. Their positive attitude and assistance to my travel needs was absolutely remarkable.

Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable, the bed is soooooo comphy, best sleep. It has a washing machine too which is great. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet, the hot food was all cold, I got there at 7am and it was stone cold, the hotel trans studio in bandung does a breakfast buffet way better than this hotel, if they were smart they would send their staff to bandung to observe what their buffet is like and copy it. would still come back though as super comphy hotel.
