Great location and great staff!!!!!!

What a great hotel. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was all very nice and inviting. Helpful for anything you need including lists of restaurants and answers to question. Location cannot be beat. Walk out of the hotel and you have live music and food steps away. Breakfast was fantastic. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I come back. Also it seems to be about a 2 minute walk to grizzlies game. You can hear the live music outside but it didn’t bother me. They actually put sets of ear plugs on the nightstand! And the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and never received any maid service in our room at all..I had to hunt down a maid and ask for more towels. She told me she wouldn't have enough towels to do the other rooms if she gave me towels off her cart. She ended up giving me a couple of towels but she made me feel like i was asking her to break a rule or something.

Good place to stay during the week. Close to Beale St and may get loud on the weekends. Close to downtown. Good entertainment venues and restaurants nearby. Parking was easy. Breakfast options were good and the manager of the hotel breakfast area was friendly and vigilant.

Hotel is ok. A bit dated, it was VERY crowded and the breakfast area is dated. Staff was very helpful and location is good. I was on the 6th floor and could hear the music from the bars loud and clear in my room until past midnight. Be prepared for that.

Cousin’s trip

Had a great time had a lovely view of Beale street. Everything we need was in close proximity. The staff was amazing. Lulu the front guest agent goes above and beyond.
