We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again!

Couldn't fault Cresanto at all. Staff were so kind, helpful and friendly every day. We felt so welcomed and it made our stay that more special. Rooms were huge and clean, the private pool was always heated and had the most gorgeous scenery. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is excellent. It's away from the busy towns yet walking distance should you want to go explore. Highly recommend! Thank you Cresanto for the most wonderful stay, our first time in Santorini was memorable in the most epic way!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The views are fantastic and the rooms are amazing. We also appreciated the entire staff!!! Everyone was helpful, kind, and full of information. We enjoyed every interaction with everyone at the hotel.

Best hotel so many options for breakfast and staff was so welcoming from the moment I arrived Ed with bags to daily breakfest selections. This hotel was a block or 2 away from all popular restaurants and lunch stores supermarkets and gas stations. This hotel is on top of the mountain which is heavenly and right in between other islands and water line.

Loved the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Helped me renting a car and everything went very smooth. The breakfast was amazing!!!! Nice room, and great view.
