Loved the amazing view from the room, location of the hotel is perfect and the breakfast in the tent was awesome. Shower pressure is horrible 1 barley there - water temperature doesn’t work (not hot water - but that’s okay) - room smelled like sewage every time we opened the bathroom door - complained about it to reception - sent someone to our room and he said he can’t smell it and left lol

Great location - just next to Haram Gate 367 Easyexcess for ladies My room was Haram view which was great Breakfast was good with a variety Hotel Manager Hassan Rauf personally farewell me and invited me to come n stay again whenever I come to Madina.
