O hotel é excelente: ótima localização, quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, isolamento acústico eficaz, banheiro amplo e roupa de cama de alta qualidade. O café da manhã é delicioso, variado e completo, e a equipe foi muito atenciosa em guardar nossas malas para o retorno. No entanto, na segunda hospedagem, nos ofereceram um quarto no anexo. Ao visitá-lo, percebemos que não havia privacidade alguma: no primeiro andar, hóspedes tomando café da manhã têm visão direta para dentro do quarto, o que é extremamente invasivo. Nos andares superiores do anexo, os quartos não possuem vista, o que também compromete a experiência. A estadia nos quartos principais foi impecável, mas a acomodação no anexo não corresponde ao padrão de qualidade que o hotel oferece. Recomendo a hospedagem, mas acredito que o anexo merece melhorias para garantir o mesmo nível de conforto e privacidade.

Excellent stay

I believe that 138 Liberdade Hotel was the right choice for us as a middle aged couple. It is near to the city center but away from crowds. There are plenty of restaurants after a stroll and hotel's restaurant is also nice. Breakfast is superb with many choices. Lounge is very nice with famous nata desert and coffee available 24/7. Hotel personel is very polite and helpful. There is a metro station nearby. The hotel also offers free parking service.

We spent 3 wonderful nights prior to a cruise. Our room was spacious with a lovely, huge terrace. Breakfast each morning was very good! The bar was nice in the evening with a super bartender who was quite knowledgeable of Portuguese wines. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Great location for everything in Lisbon.

Ver well located in the best shopping area with lots of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rafael from the restaurant. He is top notched in terms of service. The free egg tarts were excellent. (One of the best) however for a 5 star property, I would expect the towels to be of better quality and the toiletries to be more luxurious.

The rooms were large and comfortable. We booked a room with a HUGE terrace which I would highly recommend. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! They were absolutely incredible!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
