The location of 138 Liberdade is amazing. The gentleman at check-in was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the noise from the hallways and other rooms made the stay challenging. Beyond that, the restaurant needs major attention at breakfast. The first day, we were presented with menus to order cooked items. The second day, no menus, lights off, coffee machine broken, and long waits to get coffee orders. The inconsistency was not only frustrating but also unprofessional. I would not consider the property 5 star as it needs significant improvements with regards to service and noise control.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! It certainly was in the fancier shopping district, but close to many areas. This is the Liberty district which has beautiful sidewalks and trees. I was so impressed! The breakfast was well worth it! Will definitely stay here again! For some reason this app isn’t working well- but I’m giving 5 stars for everything.

Nice sized room, great staff and bar and breakfast. I really enjoyed that. great atmosphere. i loved listening to live music. a few suggestions for improvement: more comfortable chairs in the lobby. also the sink is a bit small. plenty of space in the area so include extra sink or even counter top. also the shower was a bit hard to get in and out of and set the temp before entering. but other than that it was a lovely hotel

Wonderful hotel in a great location on Avenida de Liberdade. Great walking avenue, with lots of dining options, incredible shopping, very convenient to the Metro. Staff was very friendly (as is almost everyone from Portugal) and helpful. They made numerous arrangements for activities, all of which were top notch. We chose to be along the avenue, but if you don't like street noise, ask for a room off the street.

We loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood across from the metro and walkable to a lot of attractions. We had a rental car and parking with the valet was seamless. I would highly recommend the hotel for easy access, location, great service and excellent breakfast.

This is the by far the best city hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is incredible…every single person was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was amazing - breakfast and dinner both delicious with lots of options. Amazing location and comfortable, large rooms. 10/10 and would love to go back!!
