Friendly welcoming staff, nice clean property with updated showers and good Wi-Fi but otherwise pretty standard 'hotel by the beach boardwalk' kind of place. Very very loud music out back almost every night until quite late. It sounds like the radio is on in your bedroom - it's that loud. I got used to it but it's a significant factor that you should consider. I stayed six nights and the music was pretty much a constant from Thursday to Sunday at least. The restaurant food is pretty good and there's a small pool with a small slide that seem to be popular with families. Definitely recommend as a moderate priced option that's safe and very convenient. Lots of great restaurants nearby and literally on the beach! Note - if I were more sensitive to the noise, I would probably rate this 3 stars.
