Breakfast was well appointed, with dietary options. Luckily we didn't require a view, because it was the rear car park. It was however an incredibly long walk back to our car outside our window for the one thing we needed after getting into bed.

Friendly staff and lovely room

Lovely comfy beds, nice furniture in lounge. We didn't use the cooking facilities at all, but plenty of equipment there. Couple of things could be improved - we noticed the coffee cups were very stained - just need a good scrub inside. Also the shower doors in the room we were in need attention - there is a big gap when doors should be closed. The drier has also left a lot of fluff over the ceiling which isn't a good look. Parking was good, though a bit tight for a larger car between two poles.

This property was better than I expected. My room was lovely. light, clean and comfortable. I was exhausted after my drive when I arrived and the check help was kind and gentle with my confusion about my car number plate! I was able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a drink. The town is becoming more built up and I could see the water and the Elms. The view may not remain like this but is a convenient and clean place to stay with good amenities. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay - staff were very friendly and nice, loved the pool and the rooms were nice and comfy 😊
