The parking is an absolute joke. Parking is a private lot under the building which is no problem, but the spaces are extremely small and the support columns for the building protrude into the parking spaces. I could not fit our Toyota Rav4 into our space because it was so small. The tires were overlapping the parking lines into the spaces on both sides of the car. The elevator from the garage to the first floor wouldnt work for several minutes. My wife and I got stranded in the garage until the elevator door decided it would finally close for us. The hallsways stink, they dont enforce the no-smoking rule and our neighbor was definitely smoking in their room which stunk up the entire place. In our room, the carpet was absolutely disgusting! Stains everywhere. The heat didnt work, the phone in our room didnt work and we were located directly on the sidewalk. Someone could just climb through our window. We were there for 2 nights, and that was 2 nights too long. Do yourself the favor and find another hotel to stay at. This place is cheap and charges you extra for EVERYTHING. Wash your own dishes, make sure you clean the entire room before you leave, make the bed and take out the rubbish or youll be charged an arm and a leg.

Nice and handy to walking around Mount, eating out town. Not happy with how you have to email staff you if want anything, they just don’t answer the phone. Plus you even have to take your own rubbish out. Would not stay again.

Very nice and convenient location. Becoming a bit "tired" looking but still very tidy. Room was missing extra blankets, stayed in winter and it had enough linnen on the bed for a summer stayover. Enjoyed the stay :)

Is close to everything right at base of the Mount, however the property is well overdue for a re-fit. On arrival reception (after the 3pm advised time) no one on reception to check in. Was asked for a $250 bond, which still has not been refunded. This is a joke as there's nothing to take, no mini bar, no robes etc. The worst part was we led to believe that we were staying in the twin towers as per the advertised photo, but instead we put in a street level unit, very noisy. Reception smelled of curry on arrival. Room had not been aired out and smelled musty. Floor needed vacuum and tiles needed cleaning. 1 long black hair in the bed. Towels laundered but didn't smell fresh. Could not recommend any friends to stay here.
