Marina all inclusive resorts

I've been visiting the original Solmar since the 70's. It definitely feels like a budget property next to Grand Solmar. Would be nice to see the rooms updated/freshened...same tile work since the 80's-90's. Also update/upgrade dining/menus in the primary restaurant adjoining the pool. The A/C worked great, however, whenever I had it on while sleeping, I woke up with scratchy throat and runny nose. Makes me wonder when the vents were last cleaned. I had friends stayinging in the Grand Solmar so was able to join them for dinner. The restaurants are stunning, but food I had two nights was just OK. Nothing I'd reorder, and disappointed in the seafood...surprising considering the location. Best things I had there were breakfast burrito in the Deli and chicken and cheese quesadilla by the pool. That being said, the Solmar is in one of the best locations in all of Mexico. Glad it hasn't been ruined by all the neighboring growth over the years.

This was a perfect place to stay! Location was everything, We had a view of the marina and a nice large balcony. All the amenities included and good AC!

This place was awesome!!! It was so clean and beautiful, we booked a package and it was very affordable and we felt like we were in luxury paradise. The service was amazing! All the staff really care about their jobs and shout out to Emilio at the swim up bar!!!! Recommend the Jr.Suite on the 7th floor!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cabo! The location was fantastic — centrally located and close to endless dining and bar options, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The room itself had a lot of character, and the marina view was absolutely beautiful. The staff throughout the property were very friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great feature. One small property-related issue was that many of the lounge chairs by the pool seemed broken and could use replacement, though this was clearly not an issue with the condo owner specifically. The beach was conveniently just around the corner, and we appreciated that the owner provided beach chairs for guests to use. The chairs themselves could probably use an update since some of the carrying handles were broken, but it was still a very thoughtful and useful amenity to have available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!
