My stay at the Hyatt was nothing short of amazing. Every employee we encountered had excellent customer service, so friendly and so helpful. The common areas and the room were extremely clean, no complaints. The view from our ocean view room was phenomenal. The pool on the 14th floor was beautiful. Gorgeous views and the temperature of the water was perfect. It was our first vacation with our 7 month old baby and everything was perfect. The check-in staff gave him a toy, the bellman told us the nearest store to get diapers without me asking, the lifeguards and pool staff were so accommodating. The area is very nice and perfectly located. Everything in Bocagrande is close by and walkable, and a ride to the Centro Histórico is less than 10 minutes. Loved everything about our stay and looking forward to coming back!

Check in took a bit long but besides that, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, great atmosphere.

We stood at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, since the minute we walked in the hotel, we were greeted with the most polite and welcoming hospitality and friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable for us. Everything was very close to us. The breakfast every morning was continental, from the lady that was checking the room number all the way to Mateo and the lady that would make the delicious eggs for us were great friends and made a great conversation. The only downside of the hotel was the pool closing at 7 p.m maybe at 10 would give you time to walk around the town come back to cool off and enjoy the rest of the night. I would recommend staying here anytime.
