Family friendly establishment with pools restaurants and bar on site. Everything is fairly cheap. The food was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. 10/10 would recommend. There are taxis available at lobby for immediate use and the establishment takes security very seriously.

Muy bien servicio, muy amable todos los empleados, Miguel nos atendió con mucho gusto y respeto, la comida aparte del buffet muy rica, los taxis están disponibles inmediatamente con precios razonables y tuvimos disponible al taxista Juan Carlos por 5 días, muy buen guía, me gustó mucho Cartagena, no tuve ninguna mala experiencia y con mucho gusto volvería a regresar a este hotel ❤️

The property and amenities were overall nice. Security and police presence due to professional football teams as tenants was a bit intrusive for my comfort. That being said, I did get to meet some footballers and the breakfast was nice and the pools refreshing. Other than the intrusive security, I had a nice time.

This is a safe place, not a 5 star resort but it was ok overall. The floors were never cleaned, no mop used, maintenance had to address issues with lightning and bathroom. A/C unit only cools at night, during day air doesn’t flow the same. The good thing is that hotel is close to a lot of amenities and near the famous letters of Cartagena. Breakfast which was included was really good.
