Breakfast and the breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly..also the team on ground floor organising luggage and taxis. However the check in is very very slow, as is the check out. The bar has little atmosphere and everything seems to close early. The presentation at poolside serving was poor; pizza and empanadas served on a plate, no cutlery or serviettes, both of which we had to ask for. Towel system for poolside is not good; even if you don't take them, if you lose the token for them, 140,000 COP. My group were staggered to be presented with a total bill of around 200 GBP for taxes. We were aware that taxes were due but this amount was a real sting in the tail. Maybe these should be integrated in the full price so we know what to expect. This is our fourth stay at this hotel which we really like, but it seems that some things are beginning to slide. We'd like to continue to use the hotel, but it's beginning to look less value for money compared with some of the competition.

Room was great. I had a problem with my flight, and the staff were really great with sorting out another couple of nights stay until my replacement flight - they even gave me the same room. Breakfast is also really good

Always a pleasent stay at the GHL Corrales. Ee have stayed here 4 times. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, the pools are great. Rooms are spacious. Nice balconies The hotel was built around 2012, it shows some wear, however the are doing renovations. Over all, its great and by now it feels like home.
