Muy bien servicio, muy amable todos los empleados, Miguel nos atendió con mucho gusto y respeto, la comida aparte del buffet muy rica, los taxis están disponibles inmediatamente con precios razonables y tuvimos disponible al taxista Juan Carlos por 5 días, muy buen guía, me gustó mucho Cartagena, no tuve ninguna mala experiencia y con mucho gusto volvería a regresar a este hotel ❤️

The property and amenities were overall nice. Security and police presence due to professional football teams as tenants was a bit intrusive for my comfort. That being said, I did get to meet some footballers and the breakfast was nice and the pools refreshing. Other than the intrusive security, I had a nice time.

This is a safe place, not a 5 star resort but it was ok overall. The floors were never cleaned, no mop used, maintenance had to address issues with lightning and bathroom. A/C unit only cools at night, during day air doesn’t flow the same. The good thing is that hotel is close to a lot of amenities and near the famous letters of Cartagena. Breakfast which was included was really good.

For the price it's a great hotel, clean, good service, good breakfast, the restaurant could have better food options for the day. It is "far" and not that "easy" walk to downtown Cartagena, but it's very close to the airport. Again, all th staff was great, and it was very clean, pool has games for kids, and there is also a kid's area. Right outside there is a 2km nice circuit to run Moving in taxi is very easy and accessible

The room had a musty smell due to humidity. The phone didn’t work properly, so we had to visit the reception multiple times to request basic services. The dirty towels were not replaced, and we had to ask for fresh ones. In addition, the safe was broken, and they had to drill it open so we could access our belongings. To make matters worse, I experienced food poisoning after eating fish at their restaurant. I needed to go to the hospital and pay for treatment. Initially, they mentioned they would review the situation for a refund, but after sending multiple follow-up emails, I received no response. We checked out last Thursday and will not be returning.

This is lower than a motel; it was dirty, no hot water and extremely expensive for the quality of the accommodation. Not sure why it had previously good reviews. One of the worse places I have stayed in a long time. The lights in the room are beyond aggressive. Breakfast was tasteless.
