Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
When I booked the property, I was given the impression that I was booking a 3 bedroom property, only to arrive to 2 bedrooms. The villa had not been cleaned when we arrived which was at 10pm. We found the previous guest had forgotten several items inside, surfaces were dusty, and the fan in the living room was not working. Some lights did not work, and then the gas finished when we were there. I was of the impression that the house would be cleaned daily. Instead we learned that the owner of the villa expects visitors to pay extra for cleaning. It was terrible.
