I went in to check in at 3:00. I would’ve liked to get a room but I was told quite abruptly that “your room isn’t ready”. Perhaps “I’m sorry, but your room isn’t ready yet” would’ve been a little nicer. I came back at 4:00 and I was relieved to see a different person at the desk. She was very kind and polite. It was a cool day and the wall heating unit made a terrible noise every time it shut down. Otherwise the room was comfortable
