Needs a new mattress

Great location on the water, great views, and we upgraded to the room with the hot tub. Mattress was worst part of the experience as it was old and uncomfortable making sleeping hard and waking up with back pain.

I liked the water and marina view and it was pretty walkable once past a couple of properties. From there, there was a path and sidewalk, and it was about a 20 minute walk in to town.

This was a nice hotel overall with a spacious room that was very clean and had wonderful harbour views. The checkin staff were so friendly and welcoming, the morning checkout staff were much different, they were unfriendly and not helpful - 2 very different experiences but maybe they were having an off day. With the combination of the checkin staff, the rooms and the great food at the pub, we would stay here again.

All rooms face a tranquil Oceanside bay. It took no time to plop myself in a chair on the balcony and tune into the serenity of the surroundings. Staff very informative, food delicious and the three seals in the bay we always amusing. Just a great “zen” spot.
