This is our apartment on Cuesta de San Vicente. Unique and personal, in front of Sabatini Gardens and 100 metres from Príncipe Pio train station. Its two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it especially comfortable for 6 people, with the comforts of a 4-star hotel. Underfloor heating and Air Conditioning.



Central and next to Madrid Río and Casa de Campo, perfect for outdoor walks and enjoying nature in the centre. Very good communication, Príncipe Pio train station, in addition to train, has a Metro stop, bus interchange and public parking.
