All great, only gripe was elevator shaking when slowing down to stop at the floor. Would want this looked into, but people were exceptionally nice and pleasant. Great small rooms, two bottles of water, little details, but makes staying experience that much nicer.

Centrally located hotel, steps away from attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel boasts chic decor and nice amenities (be sure to hit their rooftop bar!) The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was cloud-like and insanely comfortable!! If there wasn’t so much to see and do in Madrid, I could have slept all day! The bathrobe in the room was a nice touch (especially after a long day of traveling). Nice and fairly priced breakfast spread. The staff were very gracious and friendly.

Beautiful property and extremely clean, only discrepancy was Expedia picture of my room selection vs reality, the Deluxe category shows enough space for a sofa which was never in my room. AC in on of the rooms reserved was also either set too high ir not working at all, my friend expended 2 nights without sleeping according. Other than that the property is very convenient and would definitely repeat.
