A basic airport hotel

A basic hotel convenient for late arrivals from the airport. We had emailed thatwe would like to take the shuttle but didn't receive a response or details of when and where to meet it. Fortunately drivers of other shuttles told us what it would look like and the driver accepted us when we showed our booking but it made the whole process unpleasant as when we rang on arrival we spent a long time listening to a recording.

Be prepared for a long check in!

ONE HOUR & 20 MINUTES TO CHECK IN!! The worst of any hotel I've stay in ANYWHERE in the world! That's saying something as I often stay in 2 hotels a week for business. At one moment I was thinking I'll have to checkout before I've checked in!

Dont book here - No shuttle

Shuttle never showed up. Called over a dozen times after standing outside for over an hour, could not get through, seemed as though they were picking up phone then hung up. Had to take a taxi there. if I knew there was no shuttle would have never booked there. Told the girl at the front desk, she had an attitude. Told the manager - would not reimburse for taxi or for room stay.
