We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

Excellente localizacion, excellente staff & servicio. La Ducha es un poco peligrosa pues resbala el piso y no tiene barras para agarrarse. El agua se sale fuera por todo el baño debido al diseño de la puerta.

The hotel was centrally located near all the major attractions within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. Although the hotel is a bit outdated and does not have many amenities, the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean.The elevator was a plus!

Easygoing and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Right on Puerta del Sol. All you need is all around you. Great Cafe just outside. Beautiful surroundings and easy walking distance to so many wonderful plazas and museums. Some people might not like the sounds of people in the plaza at night but fine for us once we closed the balcony doors.

Short walk except for mobility restricted persons

FYI- cars cannot drive to this hotel. It is approximately 1/2 mile from the drop off location to the hotel so if you are traveling with a mobility limited person this may be a challenge. Otherwise it was a great hotel and customer service.

Great stay, great location!

Great location, right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! I unfortunately injured myself on the trip and they provided assistance and accommodations that were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in Madrid.
