Our family, including two teenagers, had a great stay. We enjoyed the room, it was clean, quite, well maintained and close to the metro. We would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

It is a spectacular accommodation, modern, clean, functional, very good location in the city and excellent security. We are very happy with our stay. Something to consider is that when we took a shower one after the other (4 in total) the hot water ran out, perhaps the hot water tank is small and it took a long time for the hot water to return, but without a doubt, I would stay again. Thank you

Beautiful hotel apartment in a quiet location close to the Metro, shopping, dining, etc. Very clean apartment with comfortable beds, including a pullout in the living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Temperature control unit worked effectively to make our stay very comfortable. Great place to stay, especially if you are travelling with young children.

It was a decent place. Expensive unit for the service. No one to reach out to for any questions as they only work office hours. A number to call was provided for emergency but i am not local and dont have a local number. No hot water for shower, again i couldnt reach for assistance

A great place to base yourself in Madrid

Great location for the Bernabeu and city with lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Apartments are modern and really well equipped and on a nice quiet street with a great little cafe almost opposite for breakfast.

This is not a hotel, so please don't expect to find someone at the front desk if you need assistance. What you get is a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, including a washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer, for the price of a hotel room. The Bernabeu apartments are just 2 blocks from the Madrid Metro (line 1). You can reach almost anywhere in Madrid with the affordable metro. I highly recommend the Bernabeu apartments in Madrid.

Everything is great about this property..the only thing to be careful is to pay special attention to the check in code and keep that mail safely..metro is nearby..good cleanliness..one thing which i did not like that the check in time should be 3PM and not 4 PM

The only issue that I had is about front desk . Nobody is there when I am arrived , and the link for check in that they send is a little bit complicated. But it is a good and convenient place to stay . Comfortable , modern and so many things to do in area .
