Good stay if you only need a good bed and shower

Simple hotel, enough if you are looking for an option for a decent bed and a good shower, which was our case. Breakfast is ok, would be better if the juice was actually natural from the fruit, fruits that are abundant in the region. Early hours of the breakfast can get very crowded with tourists departing for the trips during the early hours

Nice Hotel Close to the Beach

The hotel is nice but there's still room for improvement. Breakfast is awesome, rooms are comfortable and clean. What I did not like was just that if you're driving, there's no valet and in order to park, you must leave the car and go inside hotel to ask staff for them to open the garage door. Honking does not work. Another issue I had was with the pool upstairs. There's no bar. One can't have a drink there, unless bringing that from somewhere. There's just pool and chairs. No cocktails. :( For this reason, I'd give 4 stars. It's very close to the beach, well located.

Good hotel for an affordable price

The hotel was really good and had a great price. The hotel itself is not in a super nice area but beaches are really close. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think they have to increase their offer with some small but important services. For example: They cannot change US Dollars into Brazilian Reals. The breakfast is good but one day it was kind of cold. In general I think it is a really good hotel. Totally recommended if you want to get something good for an affordable price.

Great location

The location of this Hotel was great, a few steps from the main beach in Maceio. The Hotel area was great for rest and, at the same time I felt I was close to the beach, where everything happens. The people that works at this Hotel are extremely friendly. You feel as if you are at home.

Ótima Estadia

Apenas 3 pontos de sugestão: * havia uma única cadeira no quarto do casal para refeições ou apenas um bate papo, sugiro duas. * solicitei um ferro de passar e não tinham. * pedimos um jantar e o prato veio com pouca comida que após terminarmos saímos para comer na rua. Mas nada disso estragou nossa estadia, pois o atendimento excelente, funcionários muito educados, prestativos e atenciosos. Muito limpo, localização ótima, café da manhã excelente. Todos os dias tinha um recadinho carinhoso após arrumação do quarto pela Isabela e até uma arte muito emgracada com as toalhas. Super indico o hotel e com certeza voltaria.

Estivemos hospedados no Tropicalis no período de 21/02 até 03/02 foi uma estadia muito boa em todos os sentidos.O ar condicionado do nosso quarto apresentou um problema, liguei na recepção e prontamente foi resolvido. O café da manhã é servido em local aconchegante e muito limpo, com uma variedade de opções para todos os gostos, os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Quero mencionar os nomes de alguns com os quais tive oportunidade de conhecer mais de perto, são eles: Júlia da recepção,Elisson( do restaurante e Neide( camareira) que todos os dias deixava uma mensagem de otimismo.Enfim, vocês são nota 10 em todos os quesitos 👏👏. Voltaremos mais vezes. Obrigada a todos..

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, ficando uma quadra atrás da avenida principal que dá acesso à praia. O Staff é muito receptivo e o quarto tem um tamanho bom. O ar condicionado não rende tanto, mas atende. Gostamos bastante e ficaríamos novamente.
