The bed was old and uncomfortable. The pillows were like bags of mini potatoes. Premier Inn for me next time. Good job it was a super cheap deal.

Overall okay. Comfy beds. Great shower. Breakfast a we lone addition and decent standard lots to choose from. Not so great overall needs a deep clean. Carpets and floors looked dirty. Windows dirty, outside area dirty. Good parking though

Great hotel in superb location for chester zoo. Staff were lovely, friendly and chatty. Hotel was lovely, spacious and clean and great bar area and breakfast room. Would definitely stay again. Was very impressed.

The holiday inn Runcorn was lovely. The staff were very friendly and the amenities were clean. The food was very good and locally sourced. Really pleasant stay.

Lovely place

Staff superb. Clean and tidy. Sofa bed was the worst Ive ever slept on. £17 for one pint and a glass of wine is robbery. Lovely scenery round and about. Runcorn was surprisingly a lovely place. Would go again, but take my own booze and not have a Sofa bed option.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional - Rebekka, Meg, Jemma, Grace, Tom, Adele, Olivia and Ruth all make you feel like you're part of a big family and take care of you making your stay wecoming. We will definately be back. IHG should be so proud of all of them, they are your biggest asset

Great family stay

We stayed here while our home was being repaired following a flood. The staff are excellent and the rooms are ideal. We requested a change for the last few nights to accommodate our grandchildren in adjoinjng rooms. This was no problem.
