Once on the property, leaving the property is miserable. The do not allow ubers to pick you up or bellboys to help take your bags to your car upon leaving. Miserable experience if you are traveling solo.

Very nice hotel. Heated pool. Some of the restaurants art outdoors. The nights are cool to almost cold. Be sure to bring some warm clothing for dinner.

The food in the specialty restaurants was not good. The steak house was awful. The buffet was ok and got better during our stay. It was loud at night which wasn’t great for us. We were there to relax and restore. If you are there to party and I think most people are it’s a great option. The staff is fun and the nightly parties looked like lots of fun. The pools are nice. Just returned from our stay at this all-inclusive hotel Riu Palace Baja Adults Only in Cabo San Lucas. While the staff was friendly and the hotel and grounds were very clean, there were a few disappointments that made our experience less than perfect. The food was below average, lacking flavor and variety. The restaurants that were available which we were Elite was absolutely horrible food & a few of the restaurants had a very limited menu. Our shower never got hot, which made for some uncomfortable mornings. On top of that, the TV in our room didn’t work, which was frustrating. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the rooms could really use an upgrade or remodel. Overall, the great service and cleanliness were positives, but the hotel needs some improvements to make it truly worth the price & stay.

Do not stay here, there are better all inclusives

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was very disappointing. The food was terrible. The buffet has the same food every day and it was very stale. The pizza was hard a rock, the meats were poor quality and the veggies were rotten. We couldn’t get into any restaurants ever. They don’t take reservations and anytime we walked up they were booked all night, which didn’t make much sense. The room service food was only a few items. The breakfast buffet ended at 11am and the lunch buffet starts back up at 12:30, so there are basically no food options from 11am to 12:30pm every day. My wife got sick from the food on the first night. We asked for help and the staff didn’t believe us. After the first night experience, we tried to get a refund for the remaining 3 nights as we wanted to stay somewhere else, but they denied our request. Every morning we tried to get a spot at the pools, but they were all full. You can’t reserve any seats and people wake up super early to claim spots that they don’t even use. The pool areas are 40% full of people, but 100% of the chairs are taken, everyday. They need a better system for this. The rooms were super stuffy and smelled like sewage. The only way to get rid of the small was to close the door to the bathroom and showers. The entertainment at night were very bad. We have stayed at many all inclusive all over Mexico and we look forward to the shows. These were the worst shows we’ve ever seen. The rooms were a decent size, beds not comfortable.

The staff was great. The room, clean. Housekeeping good. But the restaurants were disappointing. Loud, terrible in service in all but the Japanese place the Krystals. Food selection was so so.

Nice clean resort but took a day to get the room we requested and if you want premium liquor you have to pay a lot more to be in the elite club. Staff in dining hall and bars were good. Wasn’t so happy with front desk not having our room when we checked in.

The RIU offers a very good variety between the three properties. The Baja’s rooms were very clean and comfortable!! Pool area was very spacious. Plenty of seating. Pool party at the Santa Fe very electric. Incredible sound system and high energy. Overall great value for the all inclusive price.

Great adults only resort with the option of also using 2 other sister resorts beside it! Great clean beach to walk on! Nice clean resort and rooms. Rooms are spacious and elegant! Staff is friendly! Food is amazing with tons of options. Best buffet we’ve been too! We will stay here again for sure.
