Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The address that is listed is incorrect if using Google, it will tell you the location is in the middle og an empty block. Parking is a nightmare!! They have limited parking, and when they run out of parking spaces they will double park everyone.

We went for a concert and it was nice because they had round trip rideshare reservations available - through a third party company. It was very convenient. Room was clean, noise level was fine especially considering it’s near the freeway and airport. No E/V charging available even though the website says they have it! Not too bad because there’s charging available all over the place, but definitely not what was advertised so beware if you planned to charge overnight - not an option!

They messed up my check in date and when I checked in the next day, the clerk had an attitude. Upon going into my room the maintenance man was in there working on the room. Parking was horrible.
