First of all, the internet and phone did not work in the room (235) that was originally reserved for us. After we informed the staff of the issue, they reassigned us to room 215. This was a corner room, and guests near our room were smoking outside and talking loudly after 10 PM. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good. Room was not the cleanest, by any means. Felt gross, to be honest. Paid for shuttle to cruise port which left earlier than it was supposed to (10am shuttle, in lobby by 9:45 and it had already left), had to wait almost an hour for it to return. Would likely not stay here again.
