Room was clean and staff quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. By being allowed to park car at Quality Inn while on cruise, saved half the cost of parking in ship parking lot. Will definitely stay there again.

Towels should be bigger, I couldn't fully wrap one around my body after a shower. The doors are also REALLY thin so anytime someone was talking outside of my room, I could hear it. And a couple of flies got in my room but that's out of their control, just wish a flyswatter was accessible. Overall aside from that, I would definitely book again.

Disappointed in the condition cleanly ness of the area around the toilet and walls (Mole starting) I left a full day early with NO REFUND so I gave Hotels.com Quality Inn Long Beach $167.00. Will not trust Hotels.com again for reviews. Breakfast was totally sub par. did not eat except yogurt. NOT PLEASED will not use HOTELS.COM again or the Quality Inn Long Beack.
