That breakfast area could use improvement. Wasn't the best. They were super cheap when it came to putting things out for breakfast for example, there were no creamers out and no yogurts. And utensils were not well stocked. One of the ladies that was there said she always goes to quality Inn and this is the worst breakfast she has ever had from a quality inn.

Disappointing Stay- I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and the floors were so filthy that they turned my white socks black in just a few minutes. The shower had visible mold, which made it very undesirable to use. To make things, the hotel advertised a shuttle to the cruise port- one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place, but when we arrived, we were told that there was no shuttle service. We had to make last-minute arrangements. and pay extra for the transportation. Overall, this hotel was not maintained, and the lack of honesty about the shuttle service was extremely frustrating! I would not stay here again or make a recommendation for anyone else to stay.

There is no elevator at the property. You have to use the stairs to get to the second floor. The is no restaurant inside of the hotel.

Food was horrible we gor serve bad milk. Food was cold, no small towels the remote control did not work and had to wait to get one after cleaning crew came in in the morning. 2 nd floor no ice machine

The room was clean. We slept very comfortably. I liked the close proximity to the LGB airport. I like being on Pacific Coast Highway because it was easy to find the beach, Breakfast was just right. My grandsons enjoyed the food.

Everything was great except for the bed. The bed very squeaky every time I turned. Other than that everything was fine. It’s not the best area but hotel was safe. I got back at 1am and it was quite and no one out in parking lot, went right to my room no problems.
