Central heating and air conditioning. Designated one-car parking spot in the garage. Height limit for cars 7 feet.Outdoor hot shower for post-beach activities. Large gas fireplace in the living room. With 65-inch Roku TV, spectrum TV, Netflix. High-speed internet access.



For additional guests - The living room couch turns into a single bed. We have a queen-size raised air bed and crib.

Excellent location, recently refurbished.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just a block away from restaurants, pubs and a 2 block walk down to the beach. The hill back up is steep but manageable. The views of the ocean and sun set are a bonus.
