This hotel is low key classy and very clean! Staying here feels like home and the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous specially the front desk. Love the yellow colors and the room so tidy and the service is excellent! The parking is gated and so safety is a real deal here! I’d be coming back to this place and would love to bring people here to share the wonderful experience!

Room has bad lighting and no Mirrors except in bathroom. LED BED SIDE TABLE LIGHTS! Too bright to put on in the evening. I soft lighting except for 1 desk lamp by TV. Pure white light otherwise. Blinding. ! Room has sliding bathroom Door with glass- which is semi-transparent . If anyone goes to the bathroom At night and turns on light, it lights up the living area/ room on everyone. Terrible idea to do this.

The property is new so I dont understand why the room was so filthy. The curtain that rolls down had a huge stain on it. The floor was dirty, not swept properly. There was hand prints and foot prints all over the sliding bathroom door, both sides. The walls had what looked like greasy hand prints. The floor boards were super dusty and crusty with dirt. We are local to th3 area and stayed to get away from family visiting. Ended up checking out Saturday evening. Also, the bed is super uncomfortable. Very disappointed with our stay. Front desk staff was great. Ill be honest, i would not recommend to family.
Handprints all.over. made me wonder if they wiped the phone or remote. We ended up bringing clorox wipes

I love the rooms! very clean with a cozy and stylish interior design. The gated property feels safe, and the staff were all very friendly. The refrigerator had a bit of brown dirt inside, and the complimentary hair cover/cotton box was partly empty and opened, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, still a lovely experience!

You can hear every car on Sepulveda, anyone walking by having a conversation, and the people above us just walked back and forth the entire time they were there, to which you hear every footstep. We were woken up several times from all of those things. I do appreciate y’all taking care of treating the room for bugs.

What stood out was the customer service. They met all our needs and even checked on us to make sure the room was to our best accommodations. The room had its ambiance and the showers were great to stand and sit in as if u are showering and sauna vibes. The beds were si comfortable and we slept very well getting ourgood nights rest in. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

I have stood here in the past and it is a very convenient location for me especially after a long 6 hour flight. The room this time around was not as clean as it has been in the past and i also asked for some flexibility for check out. I arrived really late and just needed if possible at least 30 more mins to get my stuff ready and check out. I was told i couldn't and it was also followed up by a call to make sure i would leave the room. I did not recognize anyone from the front desk so maybe they are new but it was not the customer experience i was use to. Still a great place because of location.
