The Jetty Motel was a great place to stay. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The room and area was clean and accessible. The BBQ's weren't working but they have a small portable one in the office you can use. Will look at staying here again in the future.

Our room was not what we booked, your staff thought we were a day early - we weren't. We were allocated a family room with 2 King Beds and a Single Bed. The King Bed we slept in was comfortable. That's where it ended, the room had no ventilation (no openable windows) only a fan to circulate the stale air and aircon to cool the stale air. We had to resort to leaving the door open & on the safety chain plus the aircon (with no fan speed control) blasting cool air. I suspect the room does not met Building Regulations and I'm considering raising the matter with the Local Council. Guests could become ill from carbon dioxide poisoning or even die.

The surcharge for pets is not clear enough. The place gave us headaches due to the strong cleaning agent used. Unit was not aired after disinfection. Needs a basin in the bathroom - otherwise you're washing your hands in the kitchen area
