Dont be put off by the derelict appearance of the building. Once safely inside your room it is delightfully modern and comfortable. Inner city location is great. Staff are good. Breakfast is hot but basic, and lacks taste. Parking is a disaster - never enough. The hotel is old, run down and badly in need of a renovation. But the rooms are fine, rates are reasonable, location is perfect.
