I book for accessible room due to my wife acute condition, after arriving at the hotel at midnight from our journey. I was told they don’t have accessible rooms and I was left in the reception for about 2 hours trying to sort out and finally I was left with non accessible room, very bad bedding and it was a disaster when my wife used the toilet in the morning. I would try to avoid the hotel in this kind of condition.

The hotel has a policy where it charges customers extra for parking if you did not book through their main website. This is unfair and blatant extortionate. Also, the walls are so thin you hear everything around you. Next door was another family and the kids were playing up to 3am. We could barely sleep and my child kept being woken up. We booked a family room where we paid extra but it was just a standard double room with single mattresses on the floor. The mattresses were very uncomfortable as it was cheap spring mattresses. You could feel the springs digging into you back. The room as has just 2 socket plugs, and one is already plugged into the TV. In summary the stay was underwhelming and the rate they charge is absolutely not worth the experience.

Good place value for money. Could do with a little upgrade. However still brilliant for the price and great staff polite & helpful. Plenty of parking!!

It's more than a little tired. Didn't *feel* clean, even if it was. Bed wasn't comfortable, we could hear the room next door and the children's beds were practically on the floor. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Yes, it's cheap. But pay an extra £10-£20 and you get a much better sleep in a clean and modern hotel - we've learned our lesson!

No Hot water, reception didn't answer the room phone so used my mobile to get through, said they'd send an engineer but didn't, i presume it was an energy saving concept, but not good
