Not nice had to wait for my room then room was very standard and ac smelting like curry very noisie was a party on our floor which made alot of boise and the food smell came in from the ac unit not happy was there for wifes birthday she was not impressed

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were polite and helpful. Provided directions and concierge was knowledgeable about the pubs in the area (helpful in pointing out that one of the pubs was closed on Sundays). The overall feel of the other parts of the hotel seem a little dated and dark (not a lot of natural light in the hotel and the corridors are dimly lit).

The staff is excellent but my room was ratty and smelled horrible. Staff at the restaurant and the meal were both great- but tiniest rooms (smaller than most London or NYC rooms, and ratty rooms means I’ll never stay here again. You have lots of choices. By pass this one

The concierge was very helpful in giving us advice as to how to get into London on the last afternoon we had. When he found out we had a refrigerated item he managed to get us a room early which really helped. The concierge went above and beyond!
