I love that this is a dog friendly hotel. Dogs can stay in the lobby and you can have your drinks and food with them there. The receptionist Emma was lovely. We stayed on December 22nd for one night. The room is nice and clean. The bathroom needs a good update. We had to press the flush handle a few times for it to actually flash. Expedia advertised there is a pool on site, trusting this we went and booked it and guess what no pool at all. (Please update this Expedia) The food in the hotel restaurant was nice and breakfast was good too We would definitely come back

Staff was nice and breakfast good. But faulty light plug sockets, caused lights to flicker and make noise. Poor shower and 20 or so youth team football players staying in the same corridor, and whilst they were polite, the doors were not soft closing. Especially when they had to get up early hours to ctach their plane
