Great location within seconds of the pier and beach and minutes to the centre of town. Excellent hosts always willing to help. Great breakfast and a nice relaxing terrace area to sit down and relax after a long walk. And a short walk from Happy Valley gardens a hidden gem of Llandudno

Lovely accommodation, brilliant staff, good breakfast. Only downside is no parking. There is no assigned parking so you have to pay for street parking averaging £7.50/day
