Everything you need all in one place,the staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble ,would definitely stay again.

Got to hotel only to be told by staff that the twin bedroom I had booked wasn't available and that they only had a double room for us. Had to complain to the manager to get them to change it. Shame as the room was clean tidy and had good facilities.

It was in a good position to town. The hotel itself was lovely, room is a tiny bit dated and very hot and the windows only opened a tiny bit

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring north wales. From check in to check out our weekend stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the bar and the restaurant and can recommend both. Breakfast is self serve with a good selection of options. The building was well heated and the rooms were comfortable. This was a second visit and definitely won’t be the last.

I asked at reception for our TV to be fixed as it didn't work he said someone will be right up. 3 hours later still nobody came so me and my partner were talking while we got dressed to go out. As we were ready to leave I went back in to say nobody came to fix the telly. The owner then got a attitude and said he received a noise complaint which nobody came to say anything after me saying that he then told me to check out he argued with me Infront of other guests and told me to leave very disgusting made me and my partner feel very unwelcome I will never be going again
