Leave a trail of white powder in your wake as you hurtle down the trails at Grand Lake Nordic Center. Die-hard skiers will also want to test out the snow at Eldora Mountain.

If you travel 20 kilometres to the northwest from Livermore, you'll find Virginia Dale. Some travellers like to use this destination as a base to check out Abbey of St. Walburga and the Meadow Farm Museum.
