The room was very comfortable with bed not too hard. On arrival, we were given a free breakfast for one morning. We were also given chocolates at night. The staff are very friendly. Hotel in great proximity to public transport.

We heard the flushing of toilet and water from shower from 12 am to around 2:30 am. It was very loud which woke me up. So scary. We thought people broke into our room. Lucky we got our room changed. The staff at the front desk were helpful giving us info & directions to different attractions.

Only complaint about this property is that shower water temp in the morning was just like warm. Warm enough to shower, but only barely. Seemed to be nice and hot in the evening though. Not so great if your a morning shower type. Other than that staff was super friendly, and the stay was teallly good.

Portugal Impressions

Very clean every corner. Beautiful bathroom with bidet a must for a real hygien. However would be better designed since it is too condensed. RECEPTION officers; ARTHUR, DUERTO, EVELYN were so nice knowledged and helpful. Arthur was like tour guide, knows every details of the history of Portugal, we are well impressed. Location was perfect in a spot next to a 2 different metro line stops. Therefore you can visit the city efficiently.

The area close by all attractions and staff very friendly no haven’t issue at check in and out it’s nice the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, the one thing hotel need to upgrade is TV still old fashion very small and need to have double glasses window as people outside making noise we can hear clearly, otherwise all is super good definitely will be back and stay there
